Im so sorry I made this now, because I cant stop eating it! It's DELICIOUS!! Hot, cold, luke warm - amazing and so simple. I made some mistakes, but it still came out fantastic.
I used Low Fat cream cheese instead, still came out rich and amazing - and at the grocery store, i only bought 3 instead of 4 8oz packs and it didn't make the slightest difference.
I also used Stevia sugar substitute instead of regular white sugar - but when I tasted the batter, I didn't really like it - hate the after taste of the sugar substitutes, so I grabbed what I had and added about a half a cup of brown sugar to try and hide it, and it worked out well.
I also used the brown sugar with the sour cream and that worked out great and I used Egg Beaters eggs instead of regular eggs.
All in all, im really happy and am definitely gonna make it again - maybe actually follow through with the sugar substitute plan! But such an awesome recipe!

This is the best cheesecake I have ever made! My family loves it! I substitute the Lorna Shortbread cookies for the crust and its amazing!

It was my first cheesecake and I loved it. I was even able to eat it at room temperature. I think next time I will just make the cheesecake, leave out the sourcream topping and just stick with the fruit.

I made this cheesecake today and didn't like the texture. It was spongy not creamy and dense the way I like cheesecake. I could have overcooked it. I did use a water bath while baking. Is there something different I should do?
