Followed the recipe with no changes. Loved the filling and sauces, but not the pasta. The cheese sauce would be great on smaller pastas. The tomatillo sauce was fragrant, smooth, and tasty and the filling was good. Both would work for regular enchiladas. I do recommend cooking your own chicken rather than using store-bought rotisserie.

Thank you Sunny!!!! This recipe was delicious. I prepared it for my husband and children and everyone LOVED it. I will definitely be making it again. My only mistake was boiling the pasta to long. The only thing I omitted was the jalapeno.

Husband loved it and people are asking for the recipe. The cheese sauce is absolutely delicious and will probably use it alone over pasta for a quick meal. If you are having a hard time finding Fontina cheese try whole foods.

This was very tasty!! When I make it again I would use a little less onion mixed in with the chicken. I could not find Fontina cheese... so had to use Provolone.. but the sauce was still YUM. Even the kids liked it.. not that I was worried.. just worth a mention.
