I have not made this yet - just saw it today (hence, I gave it the overall rating so as not to affect it. Question: has anyone made this as a bring along dish? Does the manicotti hold up well if you make the dish all the way thru, and re-heat in oven elsewhere - or is it best to make at home and eat right away...THANK YOU!!!

Oh my my my!!! This has to be one of the BEST meals I have ever made off of this website!!! So delicious!! The cheese sauce is just divine, so creamy and a perfect blend of flavors with the tomatillo sauce!! I decreased the amount of tomatoes and onions in the chicken mixture, to just 1 large tomatom and half of an onion....this worked out perfectly! It was the perfect amount of filling for the manicotti.....I had none left over. YUM YUM YUMMMM is all I have to say!!

I made this for my father who never really enjoys anything we make, and it has become his favorite meal. He didn't particularly care for the tomatillo sauce, but this dish is just as delicious without it.

This recipe was amazing, the cheese sauce with the fontina cheese was so delicious and the green sauce was the perfect topping. So quick and easy to make, followed everything to a "T" and it came out just as Sunny said it would. You have to try this recipe.

I cooked this for my family last night and they loved it!!! I didn't have any fontina cheese so I used mexican shredded cheeze and it came out wonderful. Thanks Sunny.

This recipe is a bit labor intensive so I suggest that this meal be made when you have a lot of time.
Im not into spicy but I did have some Red Pepper Flakes on hand for my husband. The meal was cheesy and the filling was really flavorful!
    This recipe is a keeper!
