The peanut butter icing was delicious! The cake was a bit fry for me...but had great taste. Next time I will try playing with the recipe to make it more moist but keeping the same flavor since that was delicious!

I was a little hesitant about making this cake at first because it wasn't very traditional, and I was planning to bring it to a gathering of picky eaters. To my great surprise, the cake turned out to be a total hit! It's just moist enough with a nice espresso flavor, and the peanut butter frosting adds just the right amount of sweetness! I have a feeling I will be requested to make this again in the future!

I really enjoyed making and eating this cake! I am not a real coffee drinker but I really liked this cake! It was easy to make and tasted great. My coworkers just couldn't stop eating it.

I made this for my father in-law for his birthday! It was a family hit. Rather than make mini-cakes I baked it in a bundt pan. The icing was fantastic!!!!

Loved this recipe....so did everyone else who moved fast enough to eat it. I've used that icing for many other recipes too...I used it on top of chocolate cup cakes and put mini chips in it... delish!

THe unique combination of expresso cake which is very mild in taste and the peanut butter frosting is very good.
Thanks I love forward to making the Maniladas and much more.

This Coffee cake was one of the best cakes I ever had. And the peanut butter hit the spot. I made it for my dad since he loves coffee and it was moist and good. Thanks Sunny

These mini cakes turned out perfectly. The espresso and peanut butter flavors blended nicely. My coworkers have been talking about these cakes all day. I only had the extra mini loaf pans and it produced 12 beautiful cakes. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Made a batch to give to coworkers. Had to make another batch. Many raves, lots of couples liked the idea of frosting separate as one liked it plain and one like it with it. One coworker could not wait, as soon as she got it - she started eating out of the pan. And she was the one that I thought might not like it - she doesn't drink coffee - she said it was AWESOME!
