These nachos are the BEST! I've made them many times and they are always a hit. It's a little time consuming but so worth it. I always have plenty of cheese and sauce, so I double the chips. Makes a huge platter!

DELICIOUS!!!!!! OMG the best nachos ever! I made more cheesy sauce because I was feeding 4 and we like our nachos cheesy lol. I also got help from the market with the salsa verde, just added cilantro & 2 serrano chiles instead of jalapenos for more of a kick, I bought the chips too (I go to a Mexican market and they sell homemade chips. The hubby, the 10 & 17yr old loved it!!

This has become one of my family favorites! I did a short cut and used White cheese sauce from the store but the Jalapeno Salsa is awesome, I make it all the time and add it to different things.

This recipe was a total crowd pleaser...it was the first (and only thing to leave the buffet table at the super bowl party. People went crazy for it. Thanks, Sunny!

Very, very, very good recipe. I accidentally put two tablespoons of flour in the cheese sauce though, and it ended up like mashed potatoes. So don't do that! Otherwise, it was delicious. I absolutely love Mexican food of any kind.

This recipe was very good. My family loved it. I especially liked the taste of the Jalapeno Salsa. The next time I cook this I will leave some of the seeds in the Jalapeno to make it a bit more spicy. Is that what will make it hot? I rated this a 5 star and a favorite in our house.

The white cheddar sauce is a great idea. The jalapeno salsa is bitter and smokey and not a good dipping sauce though it was okay mixed in with the chicken. Typically green salsa's need tomatillos. I will use the sauce again but not the salsa.
Roasting in a 400 degree oven with olive oil is only going to give the indgredients a smoke taste, maybe there is a typo in the recipe.
