This was absolutely delicious! Sunny hit a home run with this recipe. We live on the coast and are blessed with having fresh shrimp readily available. I used Citrus Grill seasoning instead of Old Bay and it was so good. To devein the shrimp, use a sharp paring knife and make a slit up the back through the shell, then clean it out - very simple. This will be my recipe for Peel and Eat Shrimp from now on. Thank you, Sunny!

This might sound like an odd question - but you leave the shell on to cook it? Do you eat the shell too? How does the shrimp get flavor if it has a shell on it??

Loved this recipe. It was so easy. I didn't have time to make the remoulade sauce, to I used store-bought cocktail sauce and it was great. Tastes very similar to an appetizer I get at a popular NYC restaurant. I squeezed some lemon over the shrimp before serving.

Loved this method of preparing shrimp. Will use only 1/2 tablespoon of Old Bay next time--just a little too intense--and will get larger shrimp and bake longer, of course. Just made cocktail sauce 'cause I thought the Remoulade was too rich with the oil already on the shrimp. Another time .....on boiled shrimp.

This is a tasty and simple recipe. It's also good when you put a few lemon slices over the shrimp while you bake it.

i saw sunny make these a few weeks ago and thought, hey! that's so simple. i don't normally like to cook shrimp with the shell on but this recipe made it so simple. i am eating these simple and delicious shrimp as i type. just be careful not to put too much seasoning on them.
