Simple and easy! I used peaches and strawberry jam. Didn't have any eggs, so just sprayed some butter flavored PAM on the outside before sprinkling with brown sugar. I put this on our outdoor grill! It is a hot summer day and I DID NOT want to put on the oven! On high (4 burners this was done in @10 minutes. Yum! Can't wait to try again :

I've made this several times, my go-to summer dessert. So easy, very rustic looking. Tastes wonderful topped with vanilla bean ice cream. I've also made it with nectarines & raspberry jam, and also a combination of plums & nectarines. Rave reviews from all who devoured it!

Wonderful recipe! super simple and delicious, though it did come out a little watery I did find use for the sauce I simply poured it over some whip cream (I am sure that it would also taste just as good over some ice cream. I cannot wait to experiment with different variations of jams and fruit. Thank you Sunny! :

This is great! I decided to make this very last minute - I actually saw this episode a couple of years ago and remembered the basic recipe. It is very quick to whip up after dinner and will be ready when you're ready for dessert. I actually had fig jam on hand, but decided to use up the rest of an open jar of sugar plum jam. I filled the inside with a plum and some nectarines. DELICIOUS. My husband is hovering over his plate! I will make variations of this often.

I have made this recipe 3 times already using different fruit and jam. Plums with apricot jam was delicious! I also made one using blueberries with raspberry jam and apricots with raspberry jam! A great recipe that you can make 100 different ways!

So easy and soooo good! I had a Pillsbury crust in the fridge too long, three plums that were ready to go if I didn't use them quickly, two apricots in the same condition a bit of raspberry preserves waiting to be used, only regular sugar....and yet from this came an excellent dessert! I also made some ginger flavored whipped cream to go with it. I baked it on Reynolds Wrap non-stick foil and it was a breeze. I caught my husband moaning with pleasure! I baked it a bit less than the directions said.
Even though the fruit was a bit "weepy" as I cut into it, the crust was done to perfection. Heaven on a plate. Sunny knows her stuff!

You would need five jars of fig jam or more to sweeten up the plums. I tasted some plum slices before I used them. The flesh was sweet. I would try this again, but figure out how to balanced sweet and sour first.

I made this last night after making dinner. It was easy and fast. I made this with raspberry preserves and peaches. The plums at the store I went to were not very good so I used peaches instead. After cutting them (skin on I added 1/3 cup of sugar and some cinnamon. DELICIOUS!!! Homemade whipped cream was a nice added touch. Thanks Sunny!!
