This recipe was really great, next time I would invest in a pressure cooker to cut down the cooking time. My family said "I put my foot in this one " lol!!, it was so, so good. Thank you Sunny Anderson!

This is now one of our all time favorites. The only way I do Oxtail. I use a slow cooker so I add about 2 more hours to the cooking time and its great. Everyone loves it. Thanks Sunny.

This recipe was excellent!! I had to substitute lentil beans..which tasted perfect..i didnt have bay leaves..and i added celery and potatoes. I will make this again and again!!!

I made this dish tonight along with Her Cariibbean Chicken wings, Kale-llaoo, and rice and peas. My family loved it and we always are eatingg southern dishes but I wanted to try something different and I have added all the recipes to recipe box Definetly will be make this again!!! I followed recipe but made a few minor changes but everything turned out great!!!
