This was a great recipe. I tried it on the Holidays and all my kids loved it. Very tasty and easy to prepare. Loved this recipe. I gave it out on recipe cards as my guest left.

This was my first time trying brussels sprouts and I thought that these were really tasty. My husband who doesn't really like vegetables thought these were really good too!

LOVE BRUSSELS NOW!!! I had never ate them as a child and never tried them as an adult. But when I tried them last summer I was hooked...try cooking them w/smoked ham instead of bacon...yum yum!

Yummy! I hated brussels sprouts as a kid. My mother would cook frozen ones that were so bitter and bland. Excellent!!

The best brussel sprouts recipe! Served these on Thanksgiving and got rave reviews. They do take a bit longer than stated time to cook through (used larger sprouts, but well worth the time & effort. Will be making again for Christmas dinner.

This recipe is so delicious. I had a several anti Brussels Sprouts guests during a dinner party last night but this recipe won them over big time! I actually cooked the onions in the bacon fat right away and added the pads of butter after I added the brussels sprouts bc i tend to burn the butter otherwise...I also added a splash of apple cider i had on hand! Delicious!
