    My family and I loved these! I don't even like brussel sprouts, but prepared this way, they are great. Guess bacon does make everything better!!

    This was a great twist to the way brussel sprouts are typically prepared--and YUMMY!! Not really the healthiest, if that's what you were going for with brussel sprouts, but delicious none the less. My husband who would not touch brussel sprouts before really enjoyed this dish--would definitely make again!

    I have never cooked brussel sprouts before and I was amazed at how good this recipe was my niece and nephew who has never had brussel sprouts before couldnt stop eating them this was soooo good and I will make this dish again the bacon really did the trick for the flavor.

    Easy and makes the sprouts just take on a totally different taste. Don't need all the bacon grease. I cut it in half before I add the butter. I do not cook sprouts ant other way now. I can eat them all!

    Thank you for this recipe. I made this for Thanksgiving and was a hit with my 9 year old!!!
    Broccoli is the only veggie he will willingly eat and he said brussel sprouts is his second favorite veggie now. This was so easy to make and with 4 ingredients!!! He even asked me to make it again today. Success.

    This dish is SO good I actually crave brussel sprouts now! I think that get a bad wrap from being cooked incorrectly. Last Thanksgiving I made all the traditional dishes and threw this one as a new twist. Let me just say that it was completely gone! This is a must try recipe for sure!

    YUM!! Even works well with frozen brussel sprouts from the freezer. Fresh is always best, but worked well with frozen sprouts during a busy weeknight. Will definately make again--different twist on roasting.

    I loved this recipe and I don't like Brussels Sprouts, never have, except once when I ate dinner in a very "posh" restaurant. There, in the middle of my steak and shrimp dinner was a pile of Brussels Sprouts! My comment, before tasting was, "this cheif is very confident in the recipe or they would have never picked it." They were magnificent! This recipe beats those by miles! I used turkey bacon, but it came out absolutely delicious! Thanks for giving me something new to eat!

    Yes, these brussels sprouts are fantastic! Of course, I would never turn down a vegetable cooked in bacon grease and butter.
