I was turned off by brussel sprouts as a kid and thougt I'd give them a second chance when my husband prepared this dish. They were very tasty (hello? bacon and onions! If you haven't had them in awhile, or just had them boiled to a soggy mess, give these a try. The brussel sprout may win you back!

I just made these tonight. When I saw Sunny's show I knew I had to try this recipe. I've always liked brussel sptouts, but everytime they've been bitter.
These were terrific, my husband even enjoyed them. A big thank you!

I prepared this recipe for my family last night and we LOVED it (even my 8 year old! We are fans of Sunny and were interested in trying this recipe after we watched her show. The idea of using bacon and onions with the brussel sprouts sounded delcious and it certainly proved to be for us! Thanks for such a simple and delicious recipe Sunny!

Wow, when I saw Sunny prepare this dish, I knew it was time to try brussel sprouts again. It took no time at all to prepare and the favor was awesome. I served it to my friends, who like myself, just don't like brussel sprouts. We all loved it. This recipe will be a regular in my kitchen.

He even said this recipe is a keeper. Lots of flavor and you really can't go wrong with vegetables covered in bacon. Wonderful recipe!

I used to hate brussel sprouts until today. My family is very picky and honest when they don't like something. I encouraged them to eat some and they loved it! I think the crunchy bacon on top helped!
