This was a delicious side dish for summer! I altered the recipe a bit - cooking the orzo in chicken broth, using cilantro and lime instead of parsley and lime, and adding fresh diced tomatoes. This will be a perfect dish for my friend who prefers to not eat meat.

This was so nice and refreshing. Very easy to make as well. For those of you who can't find the main entree she made during this episode its on this website. Click on Wednesday Dinner Date below the recipe name and you will find it.

Excellent recipe! I haven't tried the beef wrapped things yet but they look great too.

Way to screw up the rating of this recipe guys. The site isn't bad, just use some common sense to navigate it. If you have a problem with it take the time to contact the site, don't rate a good recipe with one star, it has nothing to do with you not finding some other recipe.

My husband and I saw this episode together. We had the orzo that night. Simple prep and ingredients. We loved it! In fact we've had it a couple times a week since. Fantastic!

I used this recipe to serve alongside a baked shrimp w/tomatoes entree. We had 6 dinner guests and they all raved about it. The amount of parmesan does not make this a "cheesy" tasting dish. Just enough that it lends a bit of sweetness against the lemony flavor. Perfect contrast! Very simple & quick to make.

I found this by doing a search on Orzo, not having seen it on TV. It was a little disturbing to have to wade through all the reviews of the website instead of the recipe itself. VERY RUDE, I thought! First of all, this brings down the rating of the recipe, which looks like it would be very close to a 5 star without all these ridiculous reviews that have no bearing on the recipe. Unfair! Also, people should realize 2 things:
    1. I'm pretty sure Food Network does not go through and read the reviews, so venting about the website in this format does NO GOOD for your cause.
    2. As far as the recipe for which you were searching, the prosciutto wrapped tenderloin not being posted - BIG DEAL! Just use the proper channels and ask for it. I'm sure it was an oversight and not done on purpose. Find me any website that has no omissions or errors. Pretty much impossible. Just be thankful for the great job they do of providing these recipes for free.

I made this along with the fabulous beef & prosciutto dish. The orzo was a perfect side dish, it made more than 4 servings. The next day I made and orzo salad by adding mayonnise, mustard, chopped celery, little more chopped red onion.
Sunny, your dishes are easy and delicious!

I made this as a side to the proscuitto/beef. They went perfectly together. My husband asked me to make this meal again the following night!

I made this for Valentine's Day for my hubby, along with the beef/prosciutto recipe. It was terrific. A nice light side dish, which is what I wanted. To Barbara the techie bleow, *I* would not have known to put orzo and parm together. So I'm grateful Sunny showed me how. Also, sending feedback to Food Network, as I did, results in the recipe getting published. Try that next time instead of bashing this recipe.
