Wonderful pancakes! This was my first time making from scratch pancakes and I loved how easy this recipe is for a first timer like myself. I did not have any vegetable oil, so I omitted it and they were still moist and wonderful. Also did not go through the trouble of making the syrup (two youngsters under the age of two and so the store bought Boysenberry did the trick. Great peanut butter flavor and not too over powering. Grab yourself a big ol glass of milk and enjoy these! Thanks Sunny!

I FORGOT TO PICK UP SOME JELLY FROM THE SUPERMARKET...NOR DID I HAVE BLACKBERRIES OR ANY TYPE OF BERRY...BUT I MUST ADMIT THAT THE PANCAKES WERE A VERY CREATIVE WAY OF GETTING OUT OF THE HABIT OF REGULAR OLD PANCAKES...AND JUST LIKE PEANUT BUTTER...THE PANCAKES AT TIMES STUCK TO THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH...MAYBE BECAUSE I DIDNT MAKE THE BATTER THIN ENOUGH...GREAT TASTE THOUGH...MY GRANDMA LOVED THEM

I used Sandra Lee's Peanut Butter and Jelly pancake syrup and thought it complemented these pancakes well. I thought this was a great idea for a pancake and they tasted nice - but these are not the best pancakes I have had - hence the four star rating. I preferred Giaga's almond pancakes and Bobby Flay's lemon ricotta pancakes over these.

These were so good! We didn't have blackberries, so we used frozen strawberries. It was pretty fitting, though, because we make our PB&J with strawberry jelly.

The pancakes were very fluffy, and they had good flavor.

I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I think the peanut butter flavor could have been a little stronger, and there were a couple of times I tasted the baking powder. I think that sifting the dry ingredients might have taken care of that.

These are so delicious, I add real maple syrup to my homemade jam and heat up in a sauce pan for the ultimate topping to the peanut butter pancakes.

I made these pancakes this AM for my kids who just loved them. I added a little more peanut butter than called for and just warmed up some raspberry preserves and they were great. I will definitely make these again.
