I thought over all the recipe was very easy to make, tasted good, was enjoyed by all. I thought the consistency was a little off but other than that it perfect. It was also good because I always have all of the ingredients in my house so I didn't have to go out and by anything special.

I've made this a few times, they worked out great. Instead of blackberry syrup, I heated up some honey and drizzled it over the top - also great! The batter also keeps well refrigerated for a day or two. I don't even like regular pancakes that much, and these were practically addictive!

Even better than I had hoped. I didn't have fresh berries but frozen worked fine. Definitely a keeper -- thank you Sunny!

My boyfriend likes peanut butter too. : That's one of the reasons I wanted to try this recipe out. It turns out he loved them and I did as well! The only thing is that when I made the syrup it took way longer than 10 min. to thicken. They also taste better if the pancake is fluffy and thick, not so much if it burns a bit, it dulls the taste.

This was very good! The PB flavor was not overwelming at all. I used a mixture of blueberries, rasberries, and boysenberries for the syrup and then once heated, mashed all the berries up. My family loved it!

I made these the other night for dinner and boy were they easy to make and delicious! I did substitute a more chunky, honey roasted peanut butter I make myself at Whole Foods and it gave the pancakes more of a texture but in a good way. Also, I didn't have any fresh berries on hand so I used 2 bags of frozen mixed berries for the syrup and it turned out just fine. I used the immersion blender then strained the syrup to get out the seeds. I only wish I could download a picture in this review of my jelly-faced 2 year old who absolutely loved them!

I stumbled upon this recipe and it turned out so well. I used soy milk instead of real milk and they were so light and fluffy. I think next time, I'd put bananas in the batter for PB Banana pancake - I think they'd be even more amazing.
