I'm doing the south beach diet so I improvised this and it's still good.
I substituted reg. flour with whole wheat flour, reg. PB for natural, no-sugar-added PB, used 3T of splenda and used a reduced-sugar mixed berry jelly warmed on the stove and then added a little sugar-free maple syrup to the jelly until warm. VERY GOOD

The syrup was great but I didn't like the pancakes very much.

These pancakes are AMAZING! Not only are they totally easy to make on top of being made out of items that everyone has readily available in their house, but they are SO EASY! I highly recommend! So delicious! Thank you, Sunny!

This morning I watched Sunny make her original PB and J Pancakes, and by the sound of it the recipe seemed quite unheard of. I decided to trust Ms.Anderson and create the dish for myself, and let my tastebuds be the judge. The process is surprisingly simple as seen on t.v. and once i took that first bit I found the meal as scrumptious as Ms. Anderson had claimed. So, if your looking for a change in your breakfast menu, something tasty that you and your family will enjoy, why not give the PB and J Pancakes a try yourself!

These pancakes were surprisingly fluffy...I expected the peanut butter to make them really dense and heavy. I might add a tad bit more peanut butter in the future since i'm a fan of the stuff. We ate them with bananas and honey, which was fantastic.
