Saw the episode where she made this, and I liked the idea so much, I gave it a shot. Very simple, very delicious and now it's my wife and I new favorite dessert. The only thing you need to remember is to make the ice cream 2 hours ahead! It really sucks waiting 2 hours for dessert after your meal =(

This dessert is so easy to make and is soooo worth the effort.
The combination of textures and flavors combine to create a dessert that is simple, elegant, and comforting.

We just watched Sunny make this yummy treat today and decided to try it ourselves. The peanut butter sauce is so FABULOUS, I could eat it all by itself! I can only say one word for this sundae...YUM!
