I made these cookies for a party and they were a big hit, I had to make several copies to hand out. The only problem I had was that I had a hard time finding the dried peaches, but other than that they were easy and delicious!

I made this for a Cookie Exchange and my friends loved it! Easy to make with lots of flavor. However, the cook time I had to tweak to around 12-13 minutes b/c the middle was a little too soft. I love oatmeal cookies and this twist was a perfect a treat!

So I love peaches and cream but never tried them together?
And so I decided to try this recipe and tasted ok but I think I messed up the recipe but all in all tasted fine I guess my guests enjoy them.

My second dessert recipe form Sunny, love her! These cookies were delicious and super easy. And not overly peachy, the dried peaches provided just a hint of peach :

I actually tried my own variation of this recipe by adding craisens instead of peaches and it was superb to say the least! I have a new favorite and I will definitely be making them again!!

These cookies are easy to make, moist, delicious, and NOT overly sweet. I'll be making these again for sure!

very moist and what a great flavor. I couldn't find dried peaches so I used pineapple instead, turned out great. I would like to try coconut added in next time. One of my husbands favorite cookies.

The cookies tasted great right out of the oven. But the next day, the dried peaches had gotten really really chewy. At our grocery store, all I could find were dried sliced peaches, so I had to dice them, which was kind of a pain. I'm glad I got to try something different, but I probably won't make them again.

This recipe was so yummy. I made one substitution and added Pecans to my cookies. This cookie is very moist and with the dried peaches, white chocolate, and nuts it is a definite keeper at my house!
