    This was easy to prepare, cook, and serve. My son, who is a non-adventurous eater, enjoyed this soup and even asked for seconds. Thanks for this easy, sweet, and creamy soup.

    I did put a small dollop of sour cream in each serving. It made it even richer and smoother!
