I have been looking for a fresh and light pasta salad and this is the ONE! I did have to add a little more lemon juice and vinegar, but this is a great quick recipe. This is a recipe I will definitely continue to use. I may even making this into a main dish by adding shrimp next time. Thanks Sunny!

My family really enjoys this recipe our only substitutions were that instead of black olives we used kalamata olives and we used whole grain rotini pasta. Turns out really good everytime.

my hubby is 80 and i am 65. we drove 47 mi. one way to buy the indgredents for this salad. we have made it six times within the past seven days.

we have eaten it three and/or four times a day each. My hubby even had seconds which he never does.

This morning we had an appointment in a nearby town at 10 a.m. i got up late and knew i had to feed him something before we left. He said no that he had already eaten.

Later i found out he had eaten the pasta salad for breakfast..

Cant believe how great this salad is and it only gets better when left over night.

I too made this dish a few days ago after i saw and taped the show. It's no big deal i guess, but on the show, she used, and i also used Calamata Olives instead of Black Olives as the printed recipe called for. I too also used Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, and since i did not have any Parsley, i used Frozen Green Peas inwhich i had on hand. This summer dish is a keeper. Thanks Sunny.

Watched this on the show and made it the next day. This is a great salad for the summer. Great flavors and there are so many other things that would be good as well, like some feta cheese thrown in.

Made this after viewing and it was just great. It was even better today! I think this is the type of thing I am going to keep in the fridge, because it is nice & light. I will add some genoa salami next time and will serve it with crusty bread and I will have the perfect summer meal! Thanks Sunny!

I had almost all the ingredients at home and just made it, substituted with fresh tomato (no sun-dried, fresh basil (no parsley, and used whole wheat penne and quinoa, turned out amazing! Oh yeah, didn't have red wine vinegar so used balsamic vinegar and it still turned out amazing! Definitely going to make this again.
