My Nana taught me to never "twist" a biscuit when cutting dough.It seals the edges she said and would keep from rising to be what she called "cat's heads".So Tall and resplendent.This is a delicious variation of All the flavours a Soul could ask and more.Think of the items on a Cheese Beef burger.Yes, I would put a Beef burger on one of these Biscuits.All the flavour and none of the messiness of condiments.De~Licious!
