Made these last night for dessert and had another for breakfast with turkey sausage and eggs! Delicious! MODIFICATION: I used 1 fresh pear and 1 fresh golden delicious apple to make the 6 tarts. I used I can't believe it's not butter and brushed on roughly a tablespoon so you can save a few calories there.

I was looking for an easy brunch recipe, and remembered the episode this one was featured on. This was a huge hit with my family. At first I thought, cheese? Really? But it was excellent! I have also tried this with home-canned apple wedges, and it was equally awesome. And so easy! I have made these twice in the past two weeks, and plan to pick up more pastry on my next shopping trip!

This was an amazing dessert and so easy to make! I topped it off with a drizzle of hot carmel and a dollop of whip cream. My family loved it! This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Made this for a quick breakfast with milk for my husband and I. We sometimes do that and have a bear claw and a piece of fruit with small glass of milk for breakfast. Thought it was good, however puff pastry didn't puff like it should. Bought it at local grocery store and have had problems in past with things not being the freshest. At any rate we did enjoy it and my husband said he would eat it again after a light meal with ice cream. I like to find different things that are quick and easy for breakfast in stead of the usual bacon/eggs, cereal. I am always looking for something different and not too heavy.

I thought....how simple! I don't really need to look at the recipe. "Not!" When I put the tarts in the oven, I saw the butter. Oops. These were still terrific! Maybe we saved a few calories, but I'll still try them again WITH the butter. We own a B&B and I can promise these easy little treats will be on the menu this week. Thanks!!!

I sauteed fresh red d'anjou pears in apple jelly until just slightly soft. Otherwise, followed recipe exactly. My family LOVED it! Only problem - no seconds! Next time I will make a double recipe! I also served it warm with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream. YUMMMMMMMMMM!!

I made this tonight and it was a perfect ending to a great meal. It was easy to do and tasted great. I served a small scoop of vanilla bean ice cream along with the warm tarts. I will certainly be making this again!!!
