I didn't like these brownies. I found the vinigar taste unpleasent. Maybe a little lemon zest in the cream cheese layer would mask the vinager. I thought I would like them because they are not too chocolate but they are just bland with that odd vinagar taste.

I am a chocolate lover and I found these to be lacking in chocolate flavor and a bit bland. However, the texture was nice and for someone who is not a huge chocolate person, these would be a good option. My oven cooks fast, so I only cooked for 25 min and then took it out and put aluminum foil over it for the last 5 min and they came out very moist and great texture.

I made these last night for my husbands Christmas party. I have NEVER sent a dessert out of my door with a piece missing out of it....but my daughter was absolutely dying to try these. She is mentally challenged, and used a word to describe these I have never heard her say before....so they really must be ....."INCREDIBLE!"

Great! Made brownies with my granddaughter. Next time, we plan to double the red velvet layer only. They are delicious, fantastic and EASY.

Very good recipe. I made these for Thanksgiving this year, and my family would not even wait until Thanksgiving Day...GONE!! They were delicious and we all kept sneaking in them through the night! Great twist to red velvet cake. Also a GLASS DISH works better and a few extra minutes of cook time (5 covered.

MickTripp, ur right about the center of the brownies. I did wat u said and it worked!! I made 3 batches of them and the first batch was still a little gooey. But the second and third were amazing. I dont want to be giving advice to a pro chef but if two people had the same problem, then i really think u should add what MickTripp said cause that worked excellent. Anyway, the only reason i gave this 4 stars is because i think Sunny should have added that to the recipe. Over all, great recipe and i will definently make a second review on how my family likes them.

This were really good brownies and the red velvet/cream cheese combination worked really well. Made for a dessert table and they were one of the first to disappear.

I too read the reviews before making these brownies, and I found that they were not done at the end of the cooking time. HERE'S THE SECRET TO COOKING THE MIDDLE OF THE BROWNIE...I don't know why this works but at the end of the 30 minutes the middle of my brownies were still too gooey so I covered the pan with aluminum foil and cooked them for an additional 5-6 more minutes. When I removed the foil...Wellah! The center was done and the brownies were perfect! (Not too cakey and not too gooey These brownies are delicious!

I absolutely loved these brownies. So much easier than making the red velvet cake, and just as awesome! THanks Sunny!

I saw this show yesterday and made them this morning. They were actually pretty good. My I thought my grandson was going to have a cow because I tried to get him to wait till they cooled.
