I don't like cake, I don't like cupcakes, and I have NEVER had red velvet anything. I could take or leave brownies. I watched Sunny make these brownies and I knew I had to try them. My husband was so glad that I found a dessert recipe that inspired me. I am hooked on these. Especially with the cream cheese mixture! If I ever make any other brownies they will include this cream cheese mixture. I will make these again and again. Moist and delish!

Made a double batch of these brownies for my friend's (who loves red velvet 16th birthday and a bake sale for my class at school. I didn't have any nuts it the house so I skipped them. These brownies turned out phenomenal. They were so moist and the cream cheese swirl was like cheesecake! The birthday girl absolutely loved them and the rest of my friends who bought them at the bake sale told me I should bake them for every single bake sale from now on. I already have 2 friends requesting me to bake them these brownies for their birthdays!

These brownies are moist and delicious! i didn't put all the cream cheese mix in, because I figured it would be too much.

Soooo delicious! They go together really quickly and look very impressive. Clean up is a little messy but these brownies are worth it!

I had to let it cook about 10 extra minutes but still had an odd texture and off taste. I love red velvet cake but this was nothing like it. Just a doctored brownie recipe off the cream cheese package.

LOVED IT!!! I did have to cook it about 7 minutes longer than the recipe calls for and I baked it in a glass dish. I added a little more sugar than it asked for after reading some of the other reviews. It's a keeper!

I have make this recipe twice and am about to make it again for valentines day. i found that baking in a 9x8 inch pan makes it thinner and the cream cheese layer really blends well throughout the whole brownie keeping the red velvet together. there suppose to be moist like cheesecake. not so much a brownie texture but a cheesecake texture. cooking it extra just dries it out. the reason its so moist is the oils from the cream cheese. dont think its under cooked. its suppose to be like that.
