I made these exactly as the recipe calls for. The only thing I will change next go round is cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.

I love red velvet cake, so decided to try these. I am so glad I did! I've already made them 5 times and they never last more than 2 days in my house. I didn't add nuts because of an allergy and I didn't cook the cream cheese in with them, instead I made a cream cheese icing and put it on top after the brownies cooled. The brownies itself are amazing and I am sure they are delicious either way. Nice and moist brownies that I will make again and again. A lot easier than slaving over a cake and tastes the same, maybe even better. Try it!

I made these brownies with the intention of taking them to Thanksgiving dinner at my mom's house. They never made it! The are absolutely delicious...moist and flavorful. First time making homemade brownies but it won't be the last. I'm going to make them for my co-workers next week.

I don't eat Red Velvet Cake but the brownies were so much better. I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone really enjoyed them, I'll be making them again for a Christmas dinner but this time I will add frosting to them.

OMG these Brownie are soo Good. I didn't have All purpose flour so we used Self Rising. They came out just a little fluffy, but still delicious. I also didn't mix the nuts in I just sprinkled a little
on half of the pan. So easy just follow the recipe right down the line. Next time will cook for extra 5 minutes.

Did anyone use buttermilk for the cake? Also, does this call for regular sugar or confectioners sugar? Help! I want them to be perfect for Thanksgiving...

This was a very easy recipe. I didn't have walnuts on hand, so I used unsalted pistachio nuts...very yummy. I, too, had to cook it longer even in my pampered chef stoneware. Everyone in my office enjoyed the tasty treats! Thanks Sunny!
