Very tasty. I substituted blue cheese, since that was what I had on hand, and it was very good.
Sunny, your recipes are wonderful, and have gotten lots of hints from you also. Love to watch you; continue with your "Sunny" disposition! Thanks.

Bacon & Blue Cheese - what's not to like?! These potatoes came out creamy and the bacon added such a nice crunch. Thanks!

I don't have much experience in the kitchen and I have never made fresh mashed potatoes before. This receipe was easy! The potatoes came out perfect and my husband and I loved them!

Easy to make and with a taste twist using the blue cheese. This is now a family favorite. The first time I made it, I accidentally put more cheese in than called for (about an extra two ounces. My hubby insists that I make it with the extra cheese. Apparently he didn't realize how much he likes blue cheese, lol

I just didn't like the Gorgonzola cheese. Its very pungent. I'll probably make it again but leave out the gorgonzola, maybe add a different kind in, otherwise it was very easy. I never heard of Manchego cheese?
