    Loved the combination of garlic and the cheese. A little dry, but could have just added a bit more cream. Like any mashed potatoes the texture is up to you. I was concerned my 5 year old wouldn't like the strong cheese flavor, but she loved them!

    This recipe is wonderful. The amont of bacon, cheese, and garlic is perfect...nothing is overpowering this dish. I am going to be making this one alot!

    These potatos are the best. Easy recipe (no peeling and great flavor. I love bleu cheese and so does my husband, these will be our new mashed potatos, no more plain old potatos for us!

    I made these potatoes for my picky family. I love the cheese in this recipe but the rest of my family does not. I made these without the cheese and just added the cheese to mine worked out great!!

    I made these last night and they were Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!My husband loved them! We had them with steak and he said they were better than the steak.(the steak was also very good They were easier than regular mashed potatoes because you don't have to peel them. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    These are so yummy! I made a huge pot and glad I did too, looking forward to the leftovers, if there is any! I also added a handful of Cheedar Cheese! Would that be Red, White, Blue and Yellow Mashed Potatoes? Thanks!
