impressive for guests; easy to make and very tasty. we used the leftover pesto on sandwiches the next day--very fresh tasting.

I watched Sunny make these on TV and couldn't wait to try them. After I read the reviews I decided to use 1/2 as much lemon zest and juice. The end result was delicious! My husband could have and would have eaten all 20 raviolis if I would have let him.

This is a definite "do-again" at my house! Love the spinach pesto, too!

I read some of the comments and totally dissagree with the negative ones. My family loved this, I wouldn't change a thing.

I was very disappointed with this recipe and it wasn't worth the time it took to put them together. All I could taste was the nutmeg. I wish I could really could have tasted the lemon.

Made the pesto but used pine nuts. A bit too lemony and tasted a bit tart but it was tasty and very easy to make. I think using half the lemon juice would have worked. I used garlic powder instead of the fresh clove still lots of flavor, I think I will use it over salmon. I bought ingredients to make the ravioli but after these reviews I may just fry them instead.

Okay so I thought this recipe would be so different.. First, I would reccomend grinding up with hazelnuts instead of just having them chopped, it was very odd to eat the ravioli with something crunchy inside.. My friend who ate the ravioli's with the pesto also thought it was to citrusy, so i'd suggest only half a lemon for juice. I put out regular tomato sauce in case we didnt like the pesto sauce and if I didnt then the ravioli's wouldnt be at all tolerable to eat. Making ravioli's is a great activity to do but I would recommend a different filling all together..

I loved the idea and it was easy enough, but I found the pesto a bit bland until I added more garlic, more Parmesan cheese, and more pepper. I also only used 1/2 of the lemon juice in response to the other comments and found that to be enough. A nice change from the usual pasta dishes. BTW, I realized that it was a lot easier to make the ravioli if I picked it up off the plate to stick the 2 wontons together. It also made it easier to get the air out which is the reason mine didn't explode.

It is citrusy, moreso than I expected. But not bad. None of mine burst while cooking and they weren't watery either, they should be fine as long as you don't let them cook so long.

I don't know that I'd make the ravioli again (it is time consuming, but I'll definitely make this version of pesto again.

Very let down. The ravioli stayed together with the exception of 2, but there was a lot of lemon in the recipe and it tasted overwhelmingly citrusy. My husband and I were very disappointed after seeing the episode this weekend.
