Does anyone know what kind of sheet pans Sunny uses? Are they stainless steel? Or are they aluminum?

This soup is so healthy and tasty. I love it! We had a bake sale at work and wanted to go healthy. I made a big pot of this soup and sold it to my co -workers. It was the first thing to sell out and people ask me to make them pots of it all the time. Great Recipe Sunny!!

I have tried many of the tomato based soups, looking for a soup that is full
flavored, thick and creamy, but yet extremely healthy. This soup fit all of my
requirements. It is wonderful. Try making your own croutons with a slice of
garlic bread and add to the soup. WOW is it yummy. I think I can stop looking
for that special soup, I found it!!

This recipe is extremely easy! Fun for those learning to cook. My roommates love it and I am planning to make it for my dad who hates vegetables. I know he will love it too.

I can never have canned tomato soup ever again. It does not come close to comparing!

Scrumptious tomato soup...I served this at a brunch and it was a hit! So easy to make and roasting the vegetables makes this a many layered, richly flavored soup.

I have never made homemade tomato soup, i have always been satisfied with Campbell's. I now have moved up in the world and will no longer be canning it! Soup was creamy and yummy and so easy to make. I added some cayenne for some heat and it was delish! Great job Sunny!

I have 2 young kids and a husband who hates vegetables- however everyone eats this soup and loves it! Packed with vitamins and hearty, you can't go wrong making it.

I altered the recipe a bit to include less liquid- I use 6 chicken bouillon cubes to 3 cups water and add fat free half & half to make it a creamy bisque. However, the rest of the ingredients I keep the same.

We also like to make honey or black forest ham melts with swiss cheese & raspberry vinaigrette dressing drizzled between the ham and cheese to dip in the soup.

It is like eating at a high price cafe but extremely affordable to do anytime at home.

My boys ate 2 bowls of this - and asked for me to make it again. This was so easy! The I had to use any tomato available since the Romas have been terrible. Taste is just great!
