We had a late Thanksgiving so I just used some of my leftovers last night. The bites are so yummy by themselves and with the cranberry pesto, they are phenominal!! My stuffing did not have meat in it, so I added leftover dark meat turkey (so I could sneak it past my picky hubby & son and put the stuffing and turkey mix into a food processor. I chopped it all up, made them into bites, deep-fried them and Holy Cow, they are so flavorful (I also seasoned my mixture and the panko breadcrumbs I used with garlic salt, onion powder & pepper. Do not skip the cranberry pesto. All I used was the jellied stuff and followed the recipe and the result is an awesomely tangy dip! YUM!! Sunny, you rock yet again!

Soo good! I didn't have the nuts for the cranberry so I just used the canned kind by itself. My hubs doesn't like cranberry so he just dipped in some leftover gravy and that was yummy too!

I made these after Thanksgiving and they were soo good. This is a great way to spice up leftovers. The only things I did diffrent was bake instead of fry and I put a dallop of cranberry sauce on half of them to make them look pretty.

These were good, but nothing special, the cranberry dip was good with them.

I had leftover sausage stuffing that I cubed. I then cubed extra sharp cheese and poked one into eat stuffing bite before the egg and breadcrumbs. They were awesome!

I didn't have any cranberrry sauce, so I just made the stuffing bites. I had leftover stuffing from Ina's herb and sausage stuffing. I used plain bread crumbs and added onion powder, garlic powder, and a little cayenne pepper. These were sooooo good. I have more leftover stuffing and I'll be making more of these!

Great simple recipe! After dealing with a big thanksgiving feast this a great no-brainer. We used leftover gravy and warmed some canned cranberry (per my mother's 'tradition' and bbq sauce together as the dipping sauces. Since the stuffing you will have previously made has all the flavor it's quick and new way to present stuffing for picky kids who hate 'icky leftovers'

I love this recipe! I had leftover sausage cornbread stuffing that I used to make them, and it turned out so good. I'm considering next time adding this step to the original recipe and serving stuffing bites to begin with!
