This recipe was awesome!!!!!!!!! We used Panko for the bread crumbs and then just squished up the jellied cranberry sauce from a can. My 8 year old son LOVES them.
    thanks for the recipe!!!

I loved this idea. My husband and rolled the stuffing balls in egg and then in bread crumbs and it was very good. A great idea for boring old leftovers.

I am not a fan of leftovers, so this recipe not only helped me with that, but I will use this pesto on sandwiches year round! I loved it!!! I ate a whole plate! :/

I make these every time I have leftover stuffing- I add shredded turkey and some mashed potatoes. Egg & bread crumb them and fry it up. It is fantastic! I also do it with leftover roasted chicken. Instead of rolling them in balls I make them into patties, kind of like a crab cake. SOOOO GOOOODDD!!!

It is very delicious, and you can vary it up to what you like. I added bits of leftover green beans to mine, and used panko bread crumbs. I also added a touch of cream to the cranberry sauce, to make it a bit looser.

Great recipe, will use again every time I have left over stuffing for sure.

Made these yesterday for a Christmas party and they were a huge hit! I did not have whole canned cranberries so I just used the jellied cranberry sauce -- worked great and tasted fabulous!
Instead of leftover stuffing, I used a box of Stovetop stuffing. I also added a few sauted onions and diced celery to the mixture. Very tasty. Will make again.

This is a great way to use left over stuffing. These were great, especially with the cranberry sauce pesto.

I made these today and they were fantastic! I used panko bread crumbs so they were extra crunchy and they turned out perfectly. My husband and I finished off the plate in no time. I will definitely be making these again.

We saw this episode a few days before thanksgiving and thought there was no way this was going to be tasty. Last night we tried it with out leftovers...HOLY COW! YUMMY I threw them in the deep fryer until golden and they were a HUGE hit with my picky kids and my husband! Thanks so much!!

I am a stuffing lover, so I always make a lot, and this sounds like a wonderful (though fattening way to serve it. I can't wait to try it.
