My husband and I loved this salad. It is a hit in our house. I did cut the recipe in half since it is just the two of us and it worked out fine. We will make this again and again. It was even better the next day! It?s nice to have a new vegetable recipe.

I made this salad yesterday and it was so tasty.....I have small children that do not like onions or any kind of vegetable and they loved this salad. I probably could've at the whole thing. I really recommend you try this at home. Keep them coming Sunny!!

This is the same salad I had when I was in Santorini on my honeymoon. In Greece, they call this Greek Salad. The salad is awesome! Thanks Sunny!

We have eaten this salad several times and just LOVE it! It goes great with chicken, fish, burgers, steak, everything! It is so easy and light, and is a forgiving recipe. I have accidentally forgotten the cheese or only used 1 cucumber, but it has always tasted fantastic. This has gone into my go - to recipe book. Thanks, Sunny!

this is a regular, common salad with one strange twist. spend a lot of time picking parsley leaves and substitute that for lettuce. thru a lifetime of dinig out, one thread holds it all together: the first thing you do is look for a place to discretely get rid of that parsley sprig ontop of your steak.
