In a large pan with straight sides on medium heat add the oil. Add the garlic to the hot oil. Saute until garlic is softened and fragrant and has infused the oil.

Stir in the ground mustard. Serve warm.

personally, I love all greens! but mustard greens, kale, collard greens... those are on the top of my list! this was extremely tasty. I loved the way everything blended together without taking away from the taste of the mustard greens. I almost ate the whole pan all by myself! I thought better and am saving some for tomorrow! :P

The ONLY Part I Would Change Is Picking The Greens AFTER The First Frost. My Daddy Always Did This & Gosh Added A Sweetness One Cannot Deny. Thank You, Miss.Sunny For Keeping Southern Foods Not Just As A Heritage Of The South. Great,Easy Recipe.Fast & Full Of Flavour. Taking Leaves OFF The Woody Stems Is A Great Idea.

Definately simple. I would blanche the greens first. I don't mind the strong flavor, but my mother wasn't thrilled.
