personally, I love all greens! but mustard greens, kale, collard greens... those are on the top of my list! this was extremely tasty. I loved the way everything blended together without taking away from the taste of the mustard greens. I almost ate the whole pan all by myself! I thought better and am saving some for tomorrow! :P

The ONLY Part I Would Change Is Picking The Greens AFTER The First Frost. My Daddy Always Did This & Gosh Added A Sweetness One Cannot Deny. Thank You, Miss.Sunny For Keeping Southern Foods Not Just As A Heritage Of The South. Great,Easy Recipe.Fast & Full Of Flavour. Taking Leaves OFF The Woody Stems Is A Great Idea.

Definately simple. I would blanche the greens first. I don't mind the strong flavor, but my mother wasn't thrilled.
