Made these last night. AWESOME! I would eat the stuffing off the bottom of a dirty shoe! It is heaven! As a chorizo lover, I was drawn to this recipe. But, I would also like to try this with a good, thick sliced bacon. It could not be better; just different. Try them. You will not be disappointed!

The filling for these poppers is AMAZING! Depending on how big your peppers are will depend on how many it will make. I had a lot of filling left over that I used the next day for some nachos. I would definitely recommend wearing some disposable gloves while you are slicing up the peppers, it's so hard to get your hands clean of all the spice from the peppers (if they are fresh. I also threw some of these on the grill one night for an appetizer, I think they taste better on the grill than in the oven, but either way is fantastic.

These were pretty good & pretty easy. Don't overstuff the jalapenos. Also, if you want to kill some of the jalapeno fire put them in an oven for 5 minutes before you grill them.

These were so good! These were extremely easy to make. First time I made them was for a super bowl party. They were a huge hit. I had a vegetarian guest, so I made some with and some without the chorizo. I didn't think they were as good without the chorizo, but the vegetarian liked them. I've had requests to make them again, and have made them a few times since. I like to leave a few of the jalapeno seeds in to make them a little spicy. Love it!

This recipe is easy to prepare and is extreemly good to eat. I couldn't find the smoked gouda so I substituted sharp cheddar and it worked really well.

Made these for a potluck and they were so good.. I made some minor adjustments.. I used Cojita cheese instead of Gouda.. and didnt use Chorizo.. I used bacon and breakfast turkey sausage instead.. I used a little Cheddar cheese and kept everything else the same.. They were really good..

I waited till Cinco De Mayo to try these! DELISH!!! I would add more smoked gouda. I used shallots in lieu of red onions...so good! Thank you Sunny! :

These were excellent, even though I changed it up to fit what I had on hand. Instead of chorizo I browned and crumbled about a half pound of regular mild breakfast sausage, and instead of gouda I used monterey jack. Really good and will definitely make again.
