These are by far the best stuffed jalapenos I have ever had. I made them as an appetizer for my son's birthday dinner and everone loved them, even the people that are not fond of spicy food. Can't wait to make them again.

I've made this recipe quite a few times. Everyone loves them. I've actually used spicy Italian sausage instead of chorizo (couldn't find it in the recipe and they taste amazing. Spicy, and delicious!!

Made it twice for football tailgate party... made it ahead of time and baked it at home then warmed it up on the grill using the foil pan at the tailgate party... tailgators loved it!!! They want me to make it for every home game : This is going to be a keeper for long time! Thanks Sunny!

Save yourself hours of pain, make sure you wear gloves when deseeding peppers. It won't seem bad at first but the burn will kick in after about a half hour and every time you wash your hands will be agony for at least a day! Aside from that this recipe was easy to make and a big hit. I had a lot of extra filling so I baked it along with the peppers and served it as dip as another reviewer suggested and everyone wanted the recipe. Will def make again.

The jalapeno peppers we picked from our garden were perfect for this recipe. My family loved these poppers. Make sure you wear gloves when you are deseeding the peppers. Many years ago, I made the mistake of deseeding jalapeno peppers without gloves and didn't really notice anything but a mild tingle under my nails. However, when I went to take out my contacts my eyes stung and watered! Even after washing my hands multiple times, the oil from the peppers was still on my hands.

Made these twice and they were an absolute hit each time. Made them for a party tonight - a huge hit with everyone there....they were the first thing on the table to go! Delicious! Thanks Sunny!

Way to go Sunny! My family loved them. Used 15 Jalapenos instead of 12. There was enough filling for them all. If my 13 year old niece will eat them that's saying something. She doesn't like things to hot. As Guy says "That's Money!" Keep the great recipes coming.

I made this for a Thanksgiving appetizer. As noted by others, the filling was a bit more than could be fit into the 12 jalenpenos needed. I used 15 peppers and just left the remaining filling out with toritlla chips as a dip. This was also good for those who are nervous of the jalepenos. I would recomend using more cream cheese if you aren't all about the heat. They were wonderful as is and were all gone before the turkey was served!
