This was an awesome episode, and the meal was easy as well as flavorful. Thank you to the caller that made the suggestion. I love this recipe, and I especially like the heat, and the compliment of the pigeon peas and rice. Like the previous review, next time that I prepare this dish, I plan to sautee the peas in a little butter and garlic just for an extra layer of flavor. I really enjoy your show.

Sunny I love you and your show. My 16 year old son loves your show!!! In watching on Saturday we decided to try this as our Sunday dinner. RAVE reviews and the leftovers are even better. THANKS!!!

I tried this recipe out of desperation to get a good and differant chicken dish. This recipe did not disappoint and the rice and peas is a great mate with this spicy and delicious chicken. I sauteed the peas in a little butter and garlic along with some salt and pepper before adding to the rice and it turned out wonderful.

Sunny, Girl you did it again!!! With this recipe you can't tell me anything; when I fix this dish it is sooo amazing. I watched it when it first aired went out bought all the ingredients and cooked the next day for Sundays dinner and I have to say it is a keeper. Thanks again Sunny this is certainly cooking for real!!!!
