My favorite way to prepare a center cut pork loin.
I have done this recipe several times...always a hit!!
Whats so great about this recipe, in addition to it being so easy, is that you don't have to change a thing..follow it to a "T".
You will find that the potatoes in this recipe are addicting!

This is one of the best recipes and biggest surprises of those I've made on FoodNetwork! Pork was really juicy and flavorful and the sauce was a great accompaniment. I was tempted to slice the pork roast into smaller than 2" slices but glad I didn't, that is probably why it stays so moist. Sauce reduced but didn't seem to thicken much but it was so good it didn't matter. Husband loved it too and he is picky! This one is a winner and a great budget-friendly meal so it will go into my recipe file for sure.

Phenomenal! Super easy and absolutely delicious. Might try with red skin potatoes next time -- and there will definitely be a next time!

This recipe is amazing. The combination of the spicy pork and sweet/tangy dipping sauce is an explosion of flavor! We tried using our peppermill to grind the spices , but the red pepper flakes slipped through. I did find an inexpensive Swiss-made spice grinder at Marshalls, and am making this recipe for the second time tonight. Thank you Sunny!

I made this recipe using thick, boneless, center cut pork chops and I used the ground spices because I also don't have a coffee grinder. I halved the red pepper flakes in the seasoning for the pork chops. I also didn't have fresh rosemary for the potatoes so I used a salt free spice blend that had rosemary in it. I loved the flavor of this recipe despite the fact that when my pork chops were done my potatoes weren't and the sauce wouldn't thicken. To remedy this I took out the pork chops and put the potatoes back in the oven to finish cooking and I added a cornstarch slurry to the sauce so that I could thicken it to my liking. The result was a deliciously spicy pork chop with a nice thick orange flavored sauce and tender potatoes. YUM!! I will make this again and again.

I make this regularly for my family. We love it every time! Hubby says it's better than restaurant pork chops! Don't have a coffee grinder for spices so I just use ground spices. Turns out just fine. Also use a meat thermometer to check pork chops. Always end up taking it out of the oven after 30 minutes. Love it so much!

This recipe was easy, but WHEW!! It was SPICY!! My DH felt it was almost to hot to eat. (To be fair, he did the rub before I got home, so it's possible he messed it up??? I felt it was pretty hot, but the sweet & sour sauce tames it to a doable level for me and I kind of enjoyed it. Unfortunately for him, it's sweet and fruit flavored, which he hates in combination with meat (I know, weird! It was definitely too hot for my toddlers. They eat a wide variety of foods, but if something is really spicy, I'm afraid it will upset their tummy, and they're too little to tell me about it other than cry, which I get enough of, thank you very much. :
