I followed the recipe and it came out good, with the exception of the pretzel crust. After a day the pretzels became soggy and lost their crunch and flavor. I think next time I will make it with a crust instead of broken pretzels at the bottom. I think the pretzel crust would be better if it was done with a food processor.

I watched Sunny make this and it looked really good. So I went shopping and I followed the recipe exactally. But I thought that the chocloate cream creese mixture was very bitter. I'm positive that I followed everything the way I was supposed to do. I loved the strawberry jello with pinapple juice. So yummy!! I would have never put the 2 together but I'm glad I tried that.

...just watched Sunny make this dessert and it truly looks divine! Right up my alley with all the different layers, textures, flavors...and the combination of sweet and salty really works for me! I'll read all the comments in preparation of making this delictable looking dessert, make whatever adjustments needed & hope it comes out great!

I made this for my co-workers and brought in this morning and everyone loved it!!! I have always made without the chocolate, but tried it this way this time and really like it. I used cool whip instead of making the whipped cream, and sub'd pineapple guava and passion fruit juices instead of just pineapple and that was really good too. This is always a hit with the chocolate and without!

Try without the cocoa. I received a recipe like this one but without the cocoa. Very good idea to chill each layer before putting next layer on. I will try it though with cocoa next time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS RECIPE...SALTY SWEET....VERY EXCELLENT!

5 stars b/c it sounds excellent!! I am going to take all of yalls feedback before I make this dessert from Sunny & hope for near-perfection. Might use another pretzel crust recipe, going to spread mixture to edges, chill each layer as I go until well set, and make sure jello is a bit more set before spreading. Will see how it goes! Wish me luck...if it turns out my toddler will love it!!

This is one of the best desserts I've had in a while, very light and fluffy like a neapolitan sunday without the ice cream only better, a great flavor and crunch combination!

but not great. You don't need all that butter with the pretzles and you can certainly do with less whipped cream as well. With as hot as our summers are here in AZ this is an easy desert to take to informal gatherings.
