This recipe was not bad. It's not too sweet and that's what I do like about it. The problem I had was the bottom layer (pretzels, butter & sugar. After baking this mixture it becomes really hard like toffee. When I tried to cut a piece of the pie I was not able to get the pretzel mixture up even though I had buttered the dish. It just remained on the bottom of the dish as we scrapped the rest of the dessert off the pretzel layer. The top part was very tasty but I would love to have enjoyed the salty pretzel layer with it.

This dessert is wonderful!! It has a wonderful taste. The pretzel crust is to die for. The salty/sweet combination is a winner. This is my first "Sunny" recipe that I've tried and it was a bit hit with my family.

I never imaged that something saltly and sweet can be so GOOD. It was out of this world.

Made this dessert for Sunday dinner with the outlaws last night. My husbands parents described it as light and fluffy with lots of flavor. They really enjoyed it. They wanted more for later. Thanks Sunny for making the end of the meal a big hit.
