Wow! I didn't marinate the chicken I just baked it with a little salt, pepper and roasted garlic and herbs for like twenty min while I prepared the marinade. Then I basted the sauce on the cooking wings turning them every ten min so it wouldn't burn! amazing! I didn't have lime juice so I used cherry limeade! I also put a little flour in the marinade to thicken it up. I also used a strainer to pour the sauce because I don't like grainy seasons!!! Awesome!!! Sunny I love you it was great!!!!

The sauce is very tasty. I doubled the recipe as the sauce was not enough. I would suggest thickening the leftover sauce so you can dip it in when it's done

my family and I are spice wusses so i decided to leave out the habenero. they were still so hot! but we all loved the flavors. i couldn't stop eating them even though my mouth was on fire.
i didn't have time to marinate so i just took someone's suggestion of roasting with salt and pepper then tossing with the reduction. i added a little extra lime juice on top. wonderfully complex flavor

This recipe is just awesome a true crown pleaser the very best Caribbean jerk recipe bar none!. My only suggestion is that when you make it DOUBLE the recipe as one recipe is just not enough. This is sure to be a "go to" recipe over and over again!

I made these wings for superbowl and they were a hit!! We usually like our wings fried but after they are brushed with the marinate for the second 20 minute cooking they were nice and carmelized. I have to say these wings were very moist and flavorful. We did'nt even use the ranch or bleu cheese for dipping! i was concerned about using a habanero pepper but it did not add the heat I expected. This is now our favorite way to cook wings. Thank You Sunny! Great Job!

Didn't even marinate the wings, and the recipe worked out perfectly. Roasted the wings with salt/pepper and tossed with reduced marinade before serving. Absolutely delicious. Quick to make, with so many interesting flavors happening. A hit!

I tried the orginal recipe and we all loved it! Then I doubled the marinade recipe and saved enough to brush on the wings while I grilled them. I used charcoal, indirect medium heat. Because there is a lot of sugar in this recipe, you need to watch this process closely. But the extra effort is well worth it!
