This is the BEST Jagerschnitzel I have had since moving back to the states from Germany. I followed the directions exactly. Made it two days ago and family members are already requesting I make it again. I'll be using the gravy recipe from now on for any meals requiring a beef gravy. Superb!

Made this right after I saw it on TV. My DH declared it was the best thing he had ever eaten! Made it again last night for a chef visiting our home and he went crazy. He even took the recipe home with him to Alabama! Sunny, you rock!

OMG this is good! My family travels to Germany (Munich this is as close to authentic as you will get (perhaps even better!. Just need to wash it down with a Stiegl and your there!
