I like how the breading turned out but the lack of flavor was a real disappointment.

Very good recipe! The fish was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside with really good flavor! Thanks Sunny!!

This recipe was excellent. I have made catfish nuggets for years but wanted to try something new. The batter defintely gave it serious crunch. My family loved it. I cooked too much one night so I popped it in the oven the next night and it still had ts crunch.....awesome!
