My Hubby and I loved this recipe! It was easy enough to make, and packed with great flavor and a little bit of heat! The avacado really helped make the sandwich a real winner. The sauce is so yummy...we were thinking of other ways to use it. Baked potato, broccoli and even mac& cheese to name a fews. YUM! Never tried flank steak, and was a bit intimidated, but pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to work with and how good it tasted. Thanks for the recipe! Its a keeper for us!

Okay, I'm just rating the Chipotle Cheese Sauce...but it's AMAZING!!! My bf and I saw the onion strips made in this episode and HAD to make them and he had the idea to make the cheese sauce to put on top of the onions...which was the best idea ever!! We both love cheese, so we added 2 cups of cheese instead of 1 cup, which made the sauce very very thick, but it was still really good.

And like Jill said...don't slam the cheese sauce. It might not be what people are used to, but it's still wonderful. This sauce would be good on just about anything. Since we just used it for the onions, we have tons left over, so we're making quesadillas tonight with the sauce!!! YUM! Can't wait!!

This is a great sandwich. I know there will be plenty of reviews slamming the omission of cheese whiz, but try it first people, it's really tasty!
