    Can't mess the gravy up. Very simple and flavorful. I used chicken stock instead of beef and it was great.

    It was my first time frying steak and it didn't turn out as golden brown as I hoped. The oil probably needed to be hotter and the meat more dredged, but it all tastes great under that gravy. The cayenne and cumin added just enough heat and flavor to get past the chewiness of the cube steak.

    This recipe was excellent especially the gravy. I think I'm going to use this as my gravy recipe from now on. Words can't even describe how delicious this dish was. Thanks Sunny.

    This was so good, I made it just like she said and it turned out great. If you dont follow the recipe how can you judge it. All her recipes are great

    This recipe was very good. although when i cooked the gravy it came out a little thick so i will use less flour next time. but other than that the flavor was great and i will definetly make it again.

    My family enjoyed the meal that potato gravy was delicious and easy to prepare. The bay leaf just made the grave smell awesome. I will be make this dish again.

    great , simple is right but what flavors Sunny added to
    this dish,and the breading was great. I was very good meal.
    and I will share this with friends. Sunny meals I will be

    I tried the chicken friend steak recipe minus the gravy. I followed the recipe with two exceptions: I let both the egg mixture and the flour sit longer on the steaks before cooking (not intentionally.

    It came out OK. The seasoning could have been better (more flavorful for me. I definitely ate it, but it was not the best chicken fried steak I ever had. My boyfriend also tried it; chicken fried steak is his all-time favorite meal. He did not consider what I made chicken fried steak, but he did say it was OK. (Did the fact that I let the mixture and flour sit too long sabotage the outcome?

    Would I eat it again if it was presented to me in a meal? Yes. Will I ever wake up and rush to the grocery store because I have a craving for Sunny's chicken fried steak? No. Will I cook any more of Sunny's meals? Absolutely. It's just one recipe. She is a still a great cook in my eyes!! (Her flautas are WOW!!!

    Every recipe of Sunnys that ive tried was either great or good. This one was awful. It may be because Ive never had cubed steak before. It tasted like liver.
