I made this last night for dinner and not only was it FREAKING off the charts delicious but it made the house smell amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this recipe. It was soooo easy and the dumplings had so much flavor because of the chopped herbs in the dough. I went through a lot of recipes online but I had seen her make this last week and knew right then I had to make it over the weekend. Thanks Sunny! You rock!

Very flavorful like old school and does not take much time. I added a T of butter to dumpling mix. Made it richer.

flavor is EXCELENT. perfect herb choices. however the dumplings were VEEERY doughy...i made them exactly like it said.. DEF needs some baking soda or something to fix that. other than that it was perfect : my whole house smelled amazing while it was cooking.very comforting on a cold day. will def make it again + baking soda ;

The flavor was delicious. My husband and I ate it all up in one night. The Dumplings weren't fluffy the way my Grandmother's was, so next time I'll use the technique in this recipe of adding the potliquor into the dough for taste but adding some baking powder or soda that is recommended in other dumpling recipes. The taste of the chicken & dumplings were so good that I have to give it a 5 star rating.

This is the best chicken and Dumplings I have ever eaten. The flavor was fantastic. There are three adults in my family and one is a picky eater. I am making it again this week to freeze for later since we ate all of the first in two meals. Thanks Sunny.

This was my very first time making chicken and dumplings and I loved Sunny's recipe! It is so easy and so fulfilling! My hubby was not feeling well today so I decided I wanted to make him something really special that would boost his spirits. So I was watching Sunny this morning and this recipe was on and I was amazed with how easy it looked, and I have always wanted to make it but intimated by what i thought was going to be such hard work! I was amazed with how well it turned out. I did not add a thing! My hubby got home from work and could not stop eating it. He said it was even better than his mom's, not that says a lot! Thanks Sunny, keep the good recipes coming!
