I made these for Thanksgiving, but I turned them into sandwich cookies with a carmel pecan coconut frosting in the middle. Now I'm makeing them for Christmas.

Very good. My husband prefers crisp cookies to dunk in coffee. Baked 10 min in convection oven. Crisp and delicious. Now one of his favorite cookies.

Our gourmet group made these YUMMY cookies for our Octoberfest desert!Everyone wants to make them again. I think I will make them for a fundraiser next week. Delicious!! soft, chewey & moist.

Such tasty cookies...... I did them in a convection oven, and man is that the way to go. 8 minutes and they come out crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. This one is getting saved :

DELICIOUS!!! My new favorite (bar cookie. I love coconut so added extra and recipe came out perfectly. I also used walnuts instead of pecans. It's nice to be able to change up a recipe a bit without ruining it!
