This was my first time trying parsnip and I wanted to try something new. I added a little bit of cinnamon to my dish. My family didn't appreciate this dish. I thought it was ok.

I guess it was me but this was simply awful! it was bitter and overpowering and i tossed it after having a couple of my guests try it. guess parsnips are not my thing!

This was very good and welcome change to potatoes. I don't like when people give five stars, then change the whole recipe, but I prefer a lighter consistency, so I used some butter and 2 percent milk. Little less rich.

This was wonderful. I had not idea what else to do with the parsnip outside of steaming it and then tossing in salt and pepper. Thanks!

Made this before Thanksgiving to try it out and I think its absolutely delicious. I made it again on Thanksgiving and will be making it often -- especially when company comes

Sunny prepared her parsnip puree on Food Network T.V. and it looked amazing! What a great idea to have parsnip puree instead of the same old mashed potatoes. If you already like parsnips then go for it! I found them a little too strong on its distinct flavor.

I was lucky enough to taste this recipe at Hidden Valley in Somerset, PA where Sunny made them for a benefit. They are fantastic and our family is going to make them as one of our Thanksgiving side dishes. Yum! Thanks Sunny!

Simple yet fantastic recipe. Sweeter than mashed potatoes but was a hit overall.
