This is a good recipe. I made these as part of my annual Christmas cookie trays for my friends and neighbors, and they were a hit. The only thing I would change if I made these again is that I would not roll the dough in raw sugar, but I would use granulated sugar instead. The raw sugar made the cookies a bit too sweet and the texture was a bit funky. I think granulated sugar would be a better substitute.

Really yummy. I baked them 5 min longer than what the recipe called for since they weren't quite done and my impatient children only let the dough chill for about 20 minutes. I also omitted the jelly because I put a candy kiss on the top instead. This worked great!

Loved these cookies! They do taste like a PBJ sandwich. I made the mistake of using Simply Fruit instead of preserves and it melted a bit into the cookie. Still tasted great, but it is important to use a really thick preserve so it stays in place. Next time I will make sure to use a preserve.

They were quite delicious. I used cherry jam and made them a bit smaller. When I make then next time I am not sure that I will roll them in sugar. They are on the sweet side.

LOVED THESE!!! These are the new family fave over here. The old fam fave was regular peanut butter cookies, which I just dont like (too peanut buttery, but these=awesome!!! :

These are great for PB&J lovers. I substituted Raspberry Jam and omitted the refrigeration step. It was not necessary and the cookies did not spread while baking.

These turned out wonderful! They looked wonderful and my friends loved them. I didn't use the peanut butter though, but it turned out great anyways. a little too sweet for me, so i added just a twink of more salt.

really yummy cookies. Next time I would leave off the sugar on the outside. That went a little over the top sweet-wise for me. They were easy to make and looked very pretty. I would make them again!

I was pleased with how easy these good quality cookies were to make. I forgot to read the part about chilling for 2 hours, so mine only got 1 hour and 15 minutes before I had to cook them for company. They still turned out great. I have a batch in the oven now that I let sit in the fridge overnight, so I wouldn't make the same mistake today. Maybe they'll be even better :.
