Tasty and easy recipe, sauce is great with over the white rice, I also roast carrots and came out tender and delicious.

Beautiful beef short ribs and all the ingredients on hand, so I thought. No stores open within 20 mi., so had to use onion slices (set on the bottom and placed ribs on top. Then I went to apply the honey but alas, honey bear is gone! Running about I find strawberry jelly and I apply liberally and use the wonderful baking dish juices to melt it and get it back in the oven. I am making this again! Next time I will make sure to have honey on hand; the rub was awesome. Thanks for such an easy recipe and definitely use another pan or heavy object so that no steam escapes. Followed recipe to a 'T' other than the 2 exceptions. A definite "go to" for now on!

I did this with country style pork ribs because that's what I had in the freezer. They were fabulous and so easy. My husband usually smokes racks of ribs on the smoker but sometimes there's just not enough time for that.

WOW! Some of the BEST ribs I ever had. Super easy to make...Tangy with the spices, but with a bit of sweetness from the honey. Incredibly tender! I will be making this again and again
