Good, not great. Despite the honey glaze on top, I felt it needed something else that wasn't there. It was easy to put together though and the meat was tender.

Delicious......the meat falls off the bone and the dry rub was just right. I will use the dry rub on other types of meat in the future and the meat was done in 2 hours. I will set my temperature to 250 instead of 300 degree next time.

Delicious and a huge hit every time I make them. So easy, but no one realizes how easy!! Thank you Sunny. I served them with seared greens and grits! (I only cook them for about 6 minutes with the honey on so it doesn't burn.

Tasty meal! Absolutely delicious. Make sure to pack in on the honey, b/c the honey really gives the ribs a lot of moisture and enhances the flavor/contrast making it sweet and savory! Unfortunately, my ribs got burnt on the bottom part; so next time, I will cut down the cooking time to maybe 2 hours or 1 1/2 hours. I guess it really depends on the type of oven you have, and I guess mine is just the type that gets extremely hot. But regardless, this recipe is a keeper, and I will definitely make it next time!

What a fabulous and easy dish!!! I made this for our Friday Night Darts dinner and it was a HUGE hit!!! I loved the cut for these ribs as it made it so much easier to handle. Sunny hit a homerun with this recipe. It was easy as pie to make and the clean-up was a breeze. I will make these again and again for all occasions :D

I prepared the ribs on Saturday evening for dinner on Sunday. They were absolutely delicious. I usually cook them in a clay pot, with a sweet, tangy sauce. This was a different taste. I will prepare them again, for guests.

my husband and i cooked this together over the weekend after watching the show - made it exactly as printed - we were astounded at the amount of grease in the pan - heavens - after tasting we added our favorite bbq sauce and thoroughly enjoyed - SO TENDER AND FALLING OFF THE BONE - the grease was disgusting - when we make next time, i will have to cook on a rack - thx, sunny
