  1. In a medium pan on medium heat, add the chili powder, sumac and paprika. Toast, stirring constantly, until you smell the spices really wake, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool about 30 minutes.
  2. Stir in the salt and sugar. Sprinkle on mango or any other fruit.
